Please contact the Help Desk at your campus library. We will check the shelves and if the book isn't there we will start a lost/query process. If the book is not overdue and is renewable we will renew it to stop any fines accruing. We will continue to check the shelves for a period of 4 weeks and we ask that you also look for it at home.  At the end of this time if no library error can be found a payment request will be raised for the replacement cost of the item(s).
