1. Go to our L&LR Sharepoint Site https://hub.bcu.ac.uk/sites/llr/default.aspx

2. Click on the cog icon in the top right hand corner. 

3. Then SITE PERMISSIONS. 

4. A list of staff will appear who can gain access. (HINT: The person you wish to allow access should NOT appear.)

5. Go to GRANT PERMISSIONS (Top left) and add the member of staff’s BCU ID (id123456 etc)
Click on the PEOPLE icon and there actual name will be displayed. If not, you need to check you have the correct BCU ID number and repeat.

6.  If their name appears then select the level of PERMISSION you wish to assign - Most cases will be NORMAL.

7.  Under SEND E-MAIL > You can write a message (if required) to the member of staff. This will contain the link to our Sharepoint Site as well.

8. Click on OK and you’re done
