To save your searches and articles in CINAHL you need to create an account. 

To create an account watch this short video or follow the instructions below: 

1. click on 'Sign in' at the very top and centre of the page.

2. On the next page click on Create new account and complete the form. You may want to use your University network username and password as your CINAHL username and password.

You have now created your own folder in CINAHL. Your account will last as long as you have access to CINAHL through the University. This account will also work with Medline,PsycArticles and PsycInfo databases. 

To save a search you have completed watch this short video or follow the instructions below:

1. Click on Save Searches / Alerts just above the Search History box. 

2. Click in the top box and give your search a name then Click on Save. 

To retrieve a saved search click on Folder (next to Sign in/out) and Saved Searches (appears on left handside of screen).
