Once you have logged in to iCity, click on the homepage settings icon on the right of the screen. 

(If you are using an iPAD you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue Homepage settings icon )

On the settings page ensure that the box next to Library is ticked in the section "Which Tiles would you like to see on your homepage?" then select "Save Changes" at the bottom of the screen. 

The library tile will now be shown on your iCity page. You can drag tiles around the screen to your preferred position.
