Please contact the Help Desk at your campus library. You can find the contact details for each of our libraries at the bottom of this page.
We will check the shelves and if the book isn't there we will start a lost/query process. If the book is not overdue and is renewable we will renew it to stop any fines accruing. We will continue to check the shelves for a period of 4 weeks and we ask that you also look for it at home. At the end of this time if no library error can be found a payment request will be raised for the replacement cost of the item(s).
