If the book is damaged beyond repair we will request that it is either replaced or the replacement cost is paid in full.

If you choose to provide a replacement copy it must be the same edition or later than the damaged one.

We can only accept very good or excellent condition copies with no damage, annotations, highlighting or library markings.

Please contact the library team via our online chat service or drop us an email and we will be happy to help.
