If you are sure you have lost one of our books you can either pay a replacement charge or provide a "like for like" replacement copy.

Please contact the library team via our online chat service or send us an email for more information.

Contact us

You may wish to supply an identical replacement copy of the same edition in lieu of payment.

At the library's discretion we can only accept very good or excellent condition copies with no damage, annotations, highlighting or library markings.

 

For Inter-Library Loans, please report the lost item to: ILL.Office@bcu.ac.uk  We will then check with the library that owns the item and advise you of the replacement cost.
