If you are sure you have lost one of our books you can either pay a replacement charge or provide a "like for like" replacement copy. Please contact the library team via our online chat service or drop us an email for more information.

If you supply a replacement copy and the original is later found then the replacement copy of the item will be returned to you.

For Inter-Library Loans, please report the lost item to: ILL.Office@bcu.ac.uk  We will then check with the library that owns the item, and will advise you of the replacement cost.
