If you have returned a laptop to the laptop safe but it is still showing on your library account, it maybe because the laptop lead wasn't connected properly when you returned it. 

Laptop loans are controlled by IT Help so you will need to contact them about this. You can contact the IT Help Desk ithelp@bcu.ac.uk.
