For access to Digital Concert Hall please follow the instructions outlined below for both new and existing users:

Instructions for new users

Locate the registration information for Digital Concert Hall on our Other Usernames and Passwords page.

Click on the register with Digital Concert Hall button and sign in with your BCU email address and password.

Click on the start institutional access button.

Enter the following registration details:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address (please use your BCU email address)
• Password
• Select United Kingdom as the country

Tick the checkbox to confirm you have read and understood the terms of use and click on the register button.

Check that the option for 'I would like to use the free institutional access for my account' is selected and click on the confirm selection button.

Check your email inbox for an email from Digital Concert Hall and click on the confirm your email address link.

Your registration is now completed. Log in to Digital Concert Hall with your new username and password.

Instructions for existing users

If you have previously registered for a username and password but have not logged in for 90 days or more you will receive an email from Digital Concert Hall asking you to sign in and confirm your access.

Click on the link contained within the email.

Sign in with your BCU email address and password.

From the Digital Concert Hall home page click on log in and enter your existing username and password.
