If you're a BCU staff member who is trying to reset your password on the Reading Lists Online (Keylinks) platform and haven't received a an email, follow these instructions:

  1. Visit the Keylinks login page: https://bcu.keylinks.org/new-ui/auth/login
  2. Click "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter your BCU staff email address in both the username and email address field
  4. Click "Reset password"
  5. Follow the reset instructions in the email

If you try this route and still don't receive an email, please contact us via our 24/7 virtual enquiry service.
