For access to Police Oracle you will need your own username and password.
Staff and students who teach or study on a course where access to Police Oracle is of benefit will be invited to register by email.

In response to this you will receive an email containing the following message:
You have been subscribed to Police Oracle as part of a bulk subscription organised by Birmingham City University. If you already have a Police Oracle account then you just need to log into it using your existing details. If you didn’t have a Police Oracle account previously or cannot remember your password, please visit https://www.policeoracle.com/password-reset/ and follow the instructions to have a new password emailed to you
Click on the web address contained with the text of the email to reset your password and complete your account set-up.
Choose a new password and click on the reset password button. The password requirements for Police Oracle are:
One lower case letter
One upper case letter
One number
In response to this you will receive a confirmation email, click on go to your account to sign in to Police Oracle with your new username and password.
Please check the BCU Spam Management Portal for any undelivered emails regarding your Police Oracle account set-up. If you encounter an error when registering please contact the Library Systems and Resource Administration team.
